Our Five-Year Focus

Our guiding principle for the next five years is “to walk alongside young adults.”
This will be achieved by:

  • Providing guided interventions.

  • Supporting young people in creating individual Road Maps for progress and success.

  • Empowering young adults to coach, mentor, and inspire their peers.

  • Building self-efficacy, encouraging them to believe in themselves and pursue paths that develop confidence, independence and recognise their own value and potential.

Strategic Objectives (2025–2030)

  1. Deliver a holistic Youth Development Programme for disengaged young adults.

  2. Support young people to make small but meaningful changes that lead to long-term transformation and significant improvements in well-being and quality of life.

  3. Harness creativity and passion as tools for growth and innovation.

  4. Instill values of self-respect, self-reliance, responsibility, accountability, and good citizenship.

  5. Provide homework clubs and after-school programmes that encourage responsibility for learning and academic success.
