After-School Maths and English Club

We run supplementary classes across South-East England, helping young adults strengthen their Maths and English skills in preparation for exams and broaden their future educational and career prospects and qualifications. Our aim is to expand these provisions while also offering workshops in music, performing arts, and creative arts to foster creativity and collaboration.

Inspirational Talks on Emotional and Lifestyle Support

Our Talks inspire hope and resilience, equipping young adults with tools to manage stress, build healthy habits, and develop a growth mindset. Topics include mindfulness, physical activity, nutrition, and stress management, promoting balance, confidence, and well-being and instilling a belief in their ability to change or improve their life circumstances. They encourage goal setting, habit formation, and holistic wellbeing.

Independent Living Skills

Our Independent Living Skills programme prepares young adults for life and work. This programme helps young adults manage their finances, emotions, health, safety, and career paths effectively. In today’s fast-paced world, mastering independent living skills is essential for young adults to navigate life confidently and responsibly.
Topics include:
•    Financial literacy and budgeting. Young adults must understand the role and significance of money in society
•    Emotional well-being and resilience. A strong emotional foundation is crucial for resilience and personal growth. 
•    Online safety and digital responsibility. In the digital age, online safety is non-negotiable.
•    Health and welfare awareness. Physical health is integral to independent living.
•    Employability skills and career preparation for long-term success. Preparing for the workforce is a crucial aspect of independent living.

Our mentoring programme provides guidance, encouragement, and a trusted ear to help young adults navigate challenges and uncover their strengths and potentials. Paired with confidence-building sessions, this support helps young people overcome self-doubt, resist peer pressure, and develop the resilience needed for leadership and the capacity to make positive choices decision-making.

Entrepreneurship Programme

Entrepreneurial programs for young adults empower youth with skills, confidence, and innovation, preparing them not only to launch successful ventures but also to navigate an increasingly competitive and dynamic UK workforce. We equip them with entrepreneurial skills such as critical thinking, problem-solving, financial literacy, creativity, and leadership. The programme fosters innovation and independence, directly contributing to job creation, wealth generation, and economic participation and growth.

Our “Learn Money Skills for Life” sessions teach financial literacy in schools and community settings.
